Weekday definition is Sunday through Thursday.

Holiday definition is general holiday(Friday and Saturday), continuous holiday, and national holiday.

TWD$500 off for extended stay during weekday.

All our rooms are almost the same. They are allotted on check-in day based on availability. If you have a specific request, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Fee includes freshly made breakfast, fruit, beverages, and coffee.

Each room accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, above this limit we charge TWD$1000 per person.

We don't allow pets in the room.

Accept the Taiwan Traveler Card and UnionPay Card.

We have installed air-conditioning. During the hot summers in Dulan, hot weather is no longer a reason for us to shy away from nature. Moonrise Inn is a unique building designed to accommodate the natural environments of Taitung: ventilation, insulation, and anti-humidity. If you still feel that it’s too hot, we have air conditioning to cool you off!

We redesigned the bathrooms and interiors in May of 2016! We hope you enjoy the comfortable and clean space with new equipment and planning!

We hope to lessen the burden on the environment so please bring your own towels, toothbrush, and other personal toiletries. We provide body wash, shampoo, and toothpaste. If you forget anything, there’s a 7-11 and convenience stores in Dulan Village where you can make purchases.

In order to make good use of Taitung’s passionate sun, our hot water system is powered by solar energy and the best shower time is between 17:00-22:00. If you aren’t showering between this time, please let us know so we can warm it up for you. As a reminder, with plenty of sunshine the water will be quite hot. To prevent burns, please turn on the cold water first. (The room is equipped with shower instructions)

You don’t have to go to Jhihben to enjoy the hot spring! In Moonrise Inn, the treated soft water we use can moisturize your skin. Don’t scrub too hard to remove that softness from your skin, just let it be soft and moisturized!

Taitung is the land of the sun and warm weather all year round. If you feel that the weather is a bit cool and your blanket isn’t warm enough, feel free to use the charcoal wool blankets in the closet.

We provide Wi-Fi for your use.

Dulan Village is a quiet place where many guests are visiting for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Please keep your voice down after 9 pm and enjoy a symphony of nature under the silver moonlight.

Breakfast is served from 7:30-9:30 in the morning. If you wish to dine outside of this time, please let us know the night before.

Moonrise Inn is very comfortable in the morning. There’s plenty of fresh air, beautiful sunrise, beautiful scenery, and can take a bird's eye view of Dulan Village at Moonlight Shack. Walking to Moonlight Shack back and forth takes about an hour and thirty minutes. Wake up early, and enjoy the fresh forest air!!
